An idiot on IRC is someone who constantly tries to hack, flood, spam, kill, burn etc the server. These people are not welcome and we will use all force neccessary to ban them from our network. So... is there an specific topic or something? No. Everyone can come here and create his own channel no matter what it's about. Indeed, we even accept NOSENSE channels!
